Feel the pulse and energy of South Beach at your next dinner party. With just a little bit of our help your soiree will be oh so Chic and sexy a la South Beach.
Color Palette
Vibrant colors set against neutral backdrops of dark wood, glass or bright white such as lime green and hot pink / fushcia with a touch of gold as a sparkly accent.
Fabrics
Sheer billowy organza fabrics. Heavy fabrics are a major no-no for the South Beach theme. Remember keep it light.
Textures
Remember to mix smooth surfaces with rough surfaces to give your decor
a three dimensional feel. A decor with solely one texture can appear
flat and boring.
Smooth surfaces - metal, glass, ceramic- super smooth and sleek surfaces are a must for this style. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way here so don’t over do it.
Rough surfaces - not so much a rough surface such as jute or other natural fibers but definately aim for something that has a matte finish to compliment the sleek smooth surfaces in your decor. A personal favorite decor combination is gleaming glass tiles accessorized with matte brushed metal surfaces.
