Fernand Leger quote on needing color.

French painter, sculptor, and film maker, Fernand Leger (February 4, 1881 – August 17, 1955), succinctly captured the importance of having color in our lives: “Man needs colour to live; it’s just as necessary an element as fire and water.”  Even nature seems to concur with Leger, as bursts of miraculously tinted hues decorate the Earth bringing her inhabitants a multitude of soul nourishing colors.
