The HausScape designed kitchen (shown above) features a long galley design with lots of counter surface space to prep meals. The kitchen galley design can be ideal since it reduces the distance between kitchen appliances, sink and refrigerator and keeps everything in a linear space instead of the more traditional (and possibly less efficient) kitchen triangle design.
