Now that you know your Decorating Personality Type I am going to help you determine your Signature Decorating Style so that you can find the decorating style that is the perfect fit for you and you will never have to experience another “decorating bad fit”.

Closet Detective
Head for your closet for your first assignment. By analyzing your wardrobe you will be able to see an emerging trend of what you like and what makes you happy. Review your wardrobe and answer the following journal questions:

2.The clothes I wear the most are: (Describe in detail style and color, for example white Capri pants and green silk shirt)_______________

3. The clothes I find myself wearing that don’t feel like the real me are: (Describe clothes you have worn in the past or now that you felt phony in or that made you want to get home as fast as possible so you could change out of them.)____________________

4.Describe the last time you had a major wardrobe change, what the change was, for example did you buy all new suits for a new job or did you buy new clothes after baby was born? Were you happy with the change? If not describe what you would have preferred to have worn._______

5.Do you wear the clothes that you really like and enjoy? If not, what type of clothes would you like to wear. Be specific, tailored suites, linen pants, cool new edgy designs etc.

6. After reviewing your journal entries would you describe your TRUE clothing style as (Choose One):
